CST STAFF HOUSING COMPLEXis 100 apartment units with 20 4-bedroom units, 40- 3 bedroom units and 20 2-bedroom unit to solve the problem of scarcity and exorbitant costs of lettable living houses in the immediate environment where most staff resort to living in suburban areas, contending with long distance
to work. “one way to conserve our
culture and nature is to integrate them in our designs” thats was the main concept of my proposal which explores the beauty of rwandan IMIGONGO and our nature.
