CST STAFF HOUSING COMPLEX
Third year project
CST STAFF HOUSING COMPLEX is 100 apartment units with 20 4-bedroom units, 40- 3 bedroom units and 20 2-bedroom unit to solve the problem of scarcity and exorbitant costs of lettable living houses in the immediate environment where most staff resort to living in suburban areas, contending with long distance
to work.

the project was about to design a house for a visiting proffessor at university of rwanda nyarugenge campus. the concept was based on raumplan concept developed by architect ADOLF LOOS...

the project was about to design a cafeteria in the university campus which respect tropical architecture...
DESIGNING COMPLEXITY IN MURAMA
fourth year project
The project was to design the master plan for MURAMA a kigali city suburb. the master plan is designed in such a way that houses “INZU” are grouped in small clusters called ISIBO. the houses are designed in a such way that each house has access to the road. in the masterplan, there is the shared amenities like school, market, church, health center, and urban
park. the circulation in the master plan was done following the existing pattterns of the
pathways in the site.
